From humble beginnings in 2002 as a painting/maintenance business, we have grown to reflect the needs of our clients and have a proven track record of delivering major projects to the highest standards. We have evolved to included building construction and upgrade services, combustible façade and cladding installation and remediation, and specialist painting services. We understand the importance of business continuity to our clients and have experience delivering projects within live environments with minimal disruption. We are recognised for completing jobs professionally and efficiently whether it’s a small painting task or a major project.

Our team is diverse in skill and experience and is made up of Construction Managers, Project Managers, Site Managers, Estimators and Contract Administrators; each playing a critical role in achieving our collective goals.

Managing Director
Zed is the founder of Domain National, established in 2000 . In his capacity as General Manager he is responsible for delivering unmatched customer experience, business governance and best practice.
Zed developed a reputation as a master painter and finishes specialist when his attention to detail and customer care led him to become a respected project manager and commercial maintenance practitioner. Continuing his evolution, Zed is now a wellestablished and respected registered builder and a trusted business advisor to many leading property clients.
Jamie Keating
Senior Project Manager
As an accomplished construction practitioner, Jamie entered the construction industry in 1987 and over 30 years has evolved as an accomplished estimator, site manager and project manager.
He has completed a multitude of projects with varying levels of size and complexity, more recently in the Health and Education sectors. Jamie now leads a team of construction professionals and external contractors through complex projects with outstanding results

Anton is a highly capable Project Manager with a strong foundation in site leadership across multi-storey, high-rise, accommodation, hospital, retail, education, and office projects. Respected by clients, consultants, trades, and delivery teams alike, he brings a practical, solutions-driven mindset to every stage of the build. Anton consistently translates project vision into reality through proactive coordination, technical insight, and responsive decision-making.
Mark Koningen
Senior Project Manager
Mark is a Senior Project Manager with over 25 years’ experience delivering complex projects across government, education, defence, and commercial sectors. Known for his leadership in OH&S, cost control, and stakeholder engagement, he has managed programs up to $80M. Mark brings a hands-on approach to compliance, program delivery, and quality assurance, with deep experience in VSBA school upgrades and essential community infrastructure.

David’s 30 years in the construction industry has honed his exceptional attention to detail and unwavering commitment to finding costsaving initiatives for his clients interior fitout projects. His affable nature and collaborative approach compliment his knowledge and estimating capabilities.

Andrew is an experienced Contracts Administrator with a career spanning both Australian and Hong Kong markets. He has delivered education, civic, health, leisure, transportation, and refurbishment projects up to $30M in value, with a strong focus on cost control, documentation, procurement, and project coordination. His broad international background and software proficiency underpin his meticulous approach to contract delivery and compliance.

Having led domestic and commercial works up to $3.5 million, he brings expertise in floor systems, team leadership, and client liaison. Tony’s practical knowledge, detail-oriented approach, and dedication to quality make him a reliable asset across site and project management roles.
